Sania Mirza crashes out of JP Morgan Open

Teenaged Indian tennis star Sania Mirza who recently became the first Indian woman to break into the world's top-50 rankings, suffered a shock defeat in the hands of Iveta Benesova of the Czech Republic in the first round of the JP Morgan Open being held in Los Angeles.

The Czech, who is ranked 51st in the world, beat Sania Mirza in three sets 3-6, 6-1, 4-6.
